Geismar LFT-4111 is a robust sleeper fixing machine designed for reseleeping tasks after sleeper insertion. Operated by just two workers, it performs four mechanized operations: gauge fixing, sleeper lifting, positioning, and fastening. The sleeper unit allows precise lateral and longitudinal adjustment, while the fastening system uses dual hydraulic heads with torque control for accuracy. Equipped with four folding rubber-tyred wheels for easy off/on-tracking and a front-end fork attachment, it can handle a 500 kg material trolley.
